As builders, my husband, Jimmy and I are Shorestone Properties, Inc. and our services are available to anyone who is interested in new construction because sometimes, an existing home just doesn’t meet all your needs. We also work with homeowners to remodel and update their existing properties and  investors who want to upgrade their property for higher re-sale value.

We take great pride in the homes we build and the work we do, in creating homes as comfortable inside as they are asthetically pleasing on the outside.  We are known for our use of high-quality materials and meticulously crafted high-end details in all our construction.

This stunning 4500sq.ft. luxury residence in Island Club was one of our high-end homes, selling for over $1,000,000. With 5BR. & 4½BA, this home featured two fireplaces, keeping room, gourmet kitchen w/ professional grade appliances. We enjoyed working on this larger scale home which gave us a great deal of flexibility when it came to designing the floorplan and choosing fixtures. We even used an antique door from a French chateau for the front door!

Remodeling and Renovation

In an area like St. Simons Island, where older homes & condos in desirable areas all need an occasional facelift, renovating and remodeling has become a growing business.  Over the past couple of years, we have helped clients, who purchased older, pre-existing homes update their properties for their own enjoyment or for re-sale with much higher returns on their investment.
